Ad Hoc Advisory Committee on Administrative Proficiency (AHAP) Report-2114C810

In 2023, AHAP met monthly with the goal of proposing concrete motions to the Board in the November 2023 Board meeting. These motions were reviewed and approved by the Board in November 2023. The motions addressed meeting on the approved platform, inclusion of HQ staff in decisions about committee formation, review of inactive committees, a policy of mandatory concise group reports, and making the strategic planning process part of the AAPM Executive Director’s role with the Board, through SPC, providing input on strategic direction. In 2024, this committee has been mainly following up on execution of the motions and monitoring resulting organization change. A summary of AAPM activity is provided below.
