To create a detailed plan that reorganizes the Board to consist of Regional Representatives, rather than Chapter and At-Large Representatives, in rough accord with the current report of the Ad Hoc Committee on Organization and Governance. The Ad Hoc Regional Reorganization Committee will report to the Board.
