1. Edit the draft Strategic Plan prepared for the 2010 RSNA Board meeting. a. Revise the strategies so that all can be the basis for an implementation plan that would produce evaluable results. b. Remove duplication; coordinate strategies that relate to each other c. Review the SWOT analysis data and reconcile with Strategic Plan 2. Prepare a plan for implementing this strategic plan, including specific BOD responsibilities. 3. Recommend a process for ongoing strategic planning that will involve evaluating progress on the current plan and revising the plan at appropriate intervals.
