Where to Take/Claim Items
Bring found items to the registration desk in the International Ballroom Foyer on the Conference Level of the Hyatt Regency Orlando.
Any unclaimed items remaining after 12:30 PM on Tuesday, March 24 will be returned to the hotel.
Posters left on boards after 12:30 PM on Tuesday, March 24 will be removed and cannot be returned.

An AAPM meetings team member will contact you approximately 30 days prior to the meeting to confirm your needs and discuss how AAPM can best support you onsite.
If you register 30 days or fewer before the meeting:
An AAPM meetings team member will contact you within one week of your registration to confirm your needs and discuss how AAPM can best support you onsite.
