On-Site Registration

Registration is located in the International Ballroom Foyer on the Conference Level of the Hyatt Regency Orlando. All attendees must visit the registration desk upon arrival to pick up their badges. On-site registration will be available.

If you lose or find an item during Spring Clinical, use the information below for quick assistance. The registration desk can help reunite items with their owners.

Where to Take/Claim Items

  • Bring found items to the registration desk in the International Ballroom Foyer on the Conference Level of the Hyatt Regency Orlando.
  • Any unclaimed items remaining after 12:30 PM on Tuesday, March 24 will be returned to the hotel.
  • Posters left on boards after 12:30 PM on Tuesday, March 24 will be removed and cannot be returned.

Make your request during your registration.

  • On the Demographics page of the registration system, you can select if you require the following type of assistance

Follow-Up Timeline

  • If you register more than 30 days before the meeting:
    • An AAPM meetings team member will contact you approximately 30 days prior to the meeting to confirm your needs and discuss how AAPM can best support you onsite.
  • If you register 30 days or fewer before the meeting:
    • An AAPM meetings team member will contact you within one week of your registration to confirm your needs and discuss how AAPM can best support you onsite.
