PRESENTER & MODERATOR TOOLKIT

The AAPM Spring Clinical Meeting wouldn’t be possible without our presenters. To give you the best meeting experience, this toolkit brings together tips and resources to help you create accessible, engaging presentations, promote your session, and enjoy a smooth presenting experience. Explore speaker and moderator guidelines, poster information, accessibility best practices, timelines, and quick checklists—all in one place.

Registration requirement: All presenters and program participants—members, nonmembers, and students—must register for the AAPM Spring Clinical Meeting and pay the appropriate registration fees.

Where to submit your request

Submit your accessibility request in Confex (the abstract management system) as part of your speaker/presenter workflow.

Follow-up timeline

  • If you register more than 30 days before the meeting: an AAPM meetings team member will contact you approximately 30 days prior to the meeting to confirm your needs and discuss onsite support.
  • If you register 30 days or fewer before the meeting: an AAPM meetings team member will contact you within one week of your registration to confirm your needs and discuss onsite support.

Tip: Submit requests as early as possible so the team has time to coordinate the best support for your session and presentation format.
