Hotel Booking Information
All hotel reservations for the 2026 AAPM | COMP Annual Meeting can be made through the meeting registration system. You may complete your registration now and return later to your registration dashboard to book your hotel when you’re ready.
Confirmation timing: After you submit your hotel request in the registration system, your official hotel confirmation email will be sent in July.
Special requests: Hotels do their best to accommodate preferences (room type, view, proximity, etc.), but specific requests cannot be guaranteed.

If you are contacted by other third-party companies offering hotel assistance, please be aware they are not endorsed by our event. Entering into financial agreements with these companies can have costly consequences and are not protected by event management.

How to Request Accessible Rooms & Hotel Features
Where to add your request
On the hotel booking page in the registration system, you will be able to note accessibility-related room requests (for example, an accessible room or specific accessibility features) during the booking process.
How requests are handled
Hotel accessibility requests are managed by AAPM’s housing management company and are sent directly to the hotel.
Important: Hotels assign accessible rooms based on availability. While AAPM monitors requests submitted, early booking is strongly encouraged.
Tips for the best match
- Book early to increase the likelihood of getting the room type/features you need.
- Use the request field to be as specific as possible about required accessibility features.
