Registration is located in the Second Floor Foyer of the Vancouver Convention Centre West. All attendees must visit the registration desk upon arrival to pick up their badges. On-site registration will be available.

Career Services
The Career Services Booth connects job seekers and employers in one convenient space. Job seekers can post and share their résumés with potential employers, browse job postings from companies and clinics nationwide, and watch for on-site interview invitations. Employers can display open positions, review candidate résumés, and arrange in-person interviews through the dedicated Interview Room, available on a first-come, first-served basis. This is a great opportunity for meaningful career networking and recruitment during the meeting.

AAPM is pleased to offer professionally managed on-site childcare, making it easier for attendees to focus on the meeting while knowing their children are well cared for nearby. Conveniently located inside the Vancouver Convention Centre, Camp AAPM welcomes children ages 1 to 13 and offers both full-day and half-day options. Each day features a thoughtfully planned schedule of age-appropriate activities, games, and creative play, designed to keep children engaged in a safe, supportive, and fun environment.

Where to Take/Claim Items
- Bring found items to the registration area in the Second Floor Foyer of the Vancouver Convention Centre - West.
- Any unclaimed items remaining after 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 22 will be returned to the convention center.
- Posters left on boards on Tuesday in the Exhibit Hall will be moved to the poster retrieval table nearest the poster section.

How to Make a Request For Hotel Accommodations
Make your request during your registration.
- On the hotel booking page of the registration system, you will have the opportunity to note accessibility-related room requests (such as accessible rooms or specific features) during the hotel booking process.
Requests are managed by AAPM's housing management company and sent directly to the hotel.
